Risk Tolerant Investors
This Fund invests in long positions in stocks identified by the Adviser as undervalued and takes short positions in stocks that the Adviser has identified as overvalued. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests primarily in common stock of small to large sized companies. The Adviser defines small to large sized companies as those with market capitalizations greater than $1.5 billion at the time of purchase. The Fund’s long portfolio will focus on companies that pay dividends. The Fund may invest up to 45% of its net assets in American Depository Receipts (ADRs), and may also invest in exchange-traded funds (ETFs). As is the case with any financial instrument, the share prices of invested companies can vary significantly day-to-day along with earnings and unanticipated company news based on multiple factors. Investors should be prepared for such unpredictability and be willing to withstand fluctuations in the value of their investment, including the possible loss of their principal.
This Fund is intended for investors possessing a long-term investment horizon. It is not designed to provide investors a way to speculate on short-term movements in the stock market.
